Recently, I gave a talk at the love. your. life. Weekend retreat in Los Angeles (what a fantastic weekend!), and I shared a simple happiness tool I call the three S’s that I like to use in the morning when I wake up, and any time I need to hit my inner reset button (which lately, I admit, has been quite often! lol). Are you too hard on yourself?
So, I’ve been pretty hard on myself lately. I’ve been letting that “get it all done now” voice inside me bug me to no end. So I’ve decided that for me, this year will be a year of authentic holiday joy. I’m going to slow down, nix much of the running around, and spend more time laughing, relaxing, and connecting with friends, family, and myself this year. I’m so looking forward to good times and to creating some…
