Thank you for being here! Welcome. By using any of our websites or by checking the designated box on the sign-up pages, you agree:

1. Due to the time, preparation, resources, and costs involved in creating and offering the programs offered by Life’s Magical, LLC, including The Joy School, Epic Vision Coaching, and any online courses offered, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise stated or required by law you agree that we do not offer refunds or partial refunds of any kind. By using any of our programs, you agree that all sales are final. We want you to be very happy with your purchase, so if there are any questions or technical issues, please email us any time at [email protected] for support. Occasionally, we may offer a 10-day challenge for The Joy School, where we will refund your initial payment if you decide it’s not a fit within the first 10 days of joining. In this case, email us by day 11 and we’ll process your refund. 
2. Memberships in The Joy School will automatically re-bill at the end of each cycle (either monthly or annually) until you cancel. Cancel anytime prior to your next billing date by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your membership will continue to the end of your paid term and then access will end.
3. You agree to receive regular ongoing emails and communication from us (which may also include SMS messages) so we can deliver your chosen content and receive important updates, which you can unsubscribe from anytime.
4. With our membership programs, you understand that if you cancel or fail to renew your membership, you will lose access to all content, replays, downloads, members areas, and any communities affiliated with these programs.
5. All live coaching classes are recorded and may be posted as replays. By choosing to participate, you give complete permissions for your image and words to be included in the recording, which may be posted for The Joy School Members or on occasion for the Life’s Magical email community. The purpose of replays is to benefit others who are looking to learn and grow from the content in the replays.
6. Content within The Joy School, including video replays, worksheets, audios, and all other content, will remain up for replays and access for members for a duration determined to be best of service to members. Content may be removed at any time to create space for new material and offerings. Most worksheets and video classes will remain in the members area for at least 12 months, but this may vary.

By purchasing any program from us, you agree that we can contact you in the future, use your data/information to deliver our services or related content, and that you alone are responsible for your results in life so you waive liability from us for your actions. You also agree to our privacy policy, and the rest of the terms noted below.

Data Use and Storage

Life’s Magical, LLC collects your information that is needed to provide you with your chosen services. When you submit any information to us, we use it in an ongoing way to ensure you receive the information or purchases you’ve made with us, to deliver relevant future content and information through our email newsletters, to track your use of our sites and services, and to make future offers through our company or any other company that we become, as well as any company we refer you to or that is involved in delivering your purchases, bonuses, or any content. By giving us your contact details and information, you are granting us the right to contact you in the future in any manner necessary at our discretion for ongoing communications related to current and future offerings or brands.

When we collect your payment information via this site or any of our sites, we are using a third-party software (Memberpress) which encrypts and processes your payment securely through Stripe. Their terms and conditions may be found on their websites.

Third Party Data Use

We only share your information with any other company if it’s absolutely necessary to deliver or process your purchases or requested and promised content.

Most of our programs is for educational purposes in the areas of personal and business growth and development. By using our site(s) and submitting any information with us at any time, you agree to these terms without exception and agree not to attempt to hold us liable or make any claims against us for any use of your information, in perpetuity, under any circumstances. Again, if you do not want us to store, share, or use your data, just tell us via email.

If you wish to opt out or request that we not store your information, just reply to any of our emails or contact us here with your request and we will begin removing you from our services or content as requested and as soon as we are able.

SMS and/or Mobile Texting

When you become a customer through our sites, you provide your phone number to us and we may use your phone number to confirm orders, for relevant communication, and to send text promotions, content, or messages related to our offerings. You can opt-out of receiving any future text messages by replying to any of our text messages with the word STOP. By signing up for any of our products you grant us permission to text you until you reply STOP.
