On Protecting Your Energy…

Lately I’ve been making an effort to be very mindful about protecting my energy. So I thought I’d share a few thoughts about how you can tap into higher levels of protecting your energy.

This is especially important when you have a lot happening and have to be careful not to become depleted (which is so me right now).

It takes practice, but learning to gracefully say no to things in advance that you know will drain you or that you know you can’t give 100% to is an art that is so worth the effort.

Raise your standards. Be highly selective with where you spend your precious energy. Edit things out of your life that drain you or that don’t bring you joy.

These higher standards will also allow you to give your very best to the things you do choose, as well as help to reduce anxiety and bring enhanced levels of peace.

Create a life of people, places, and things that give you good energy and lift you up. This is a high-value practice of self love and part of creating the life you desire and deserve.

Cheers to abundant and high-quality energy!

Much love,

Kristi
